  • RallyTown is built to always comply with the evolving landscape of federal and state laws, NCAA rules, College Sports Commission policies, conference rules, and university rules, policies and agreements. The platform was designed by NIL experts from Starnes Davis Florie, LLP and continually incorporates best practices as the NIL market continues to evolve. One of the advantages on the platform is the ability to receive this advice in real time as a shared cost across the entire platform, providing both substantial cost savings and a unified approach for the members of the RallyTown platform. 

  • RallyTown is focused on earning a small profit (5%) through the valid business of a university-licensed, technology-powered platform that integrates fan engagement, digital commerce, exclusive content, and compliant NIL opportunities in one system. RallyTown does not add more fundraising pressure on your donors—which was uniformly disliked during the collective era—but rather provides fans with the value-proposition of unique engagements that improve their fan experience. 

  • Yes. RallyTown is designed to be a trusted partner for universities, which entails building strong working relationships with university’s MMR and other contractual partners. We have successfully collaborated with the leading MMR providers to build seamless workflows that integrate NIL activations directly with MMRs and university licensing departments to ensure appropriate use of marks, logos, and institutional brand assets. 

  • Yes. RallyTown does not require any payments from a university as its cost-plus-5% model is paid solely from revenues generated by the platform. Moreover, because RallyTown is scaled for a large number of institutions across the entire platform, the operating costs are far lower than alternative models. Universities can adopt the platform incrementally, starting with the features that matter most and adding new capabilities over time. 

  • The speed of implementation depends on how quickly the agreements can be executed, the content generated, and the start-up plan implemented. Most schools can launch within 6–10 weeks, depending on branding requirements, licensing workflows, and content readiness.
